I am a self-care coach

I am a self-care coach, who knows the value of Tom Landry’s wise words:

A coach is someone who tells you what you don’t want to hear, who has you see what you don’t want to see so that you can be who you have always known you could be.

I help my clients clarify and identify their self-care goals, acknowledge their needs, accept their limitations and take steady actions to live their best lives.

It’s inspiring for me to see that more and more people know the value of investing in themselves by partnering with a coach.  There are a variety of different coaches with a specialisation in various topics.

I specialise in self-care, which I believe is the fundamental and primary focus in coaching before looking at any other level of a clients’ life.  If their self-care regimes are not active and consistently practised, all the different areas of their lives have more reason to fail.

I have seen considerable emotional, mental and physical growth in my clients who at first were bordering on burn out and feeling completely out of balance with the work and personal lives.

I look at six different areas of self-care, namely:
  • physical
  • psychological
  • emotional
  • spiritual
  • personal
  • professional

I take the approach of helping my clients’ to identify at least one action to be taken daily to support and benefit my clients’ self-care regime. It does take time to find a rhythm and to find the self-care tips, tools and techniques that suit your personality, lifestyle and available time.

Self-care is a MUST!

Nothing else can function optimally in our lives without sufficient and healthy self-care. Having a strong self-care ethic doesn’t make you selfish. It means that you take your life seriously and wish to show up fully in your life.

I am so passionate about self-care coaching as I have witnessed many of my clients revolutionise their lives.  They feel more empowered, balanced and free.
