How I overcame addiction to drugs and alcohol to where I am now over 16 years clean and sober. I share an outline of the self-care triangle model and a few tips, tools and techniques to self-regulate your emotions. I am passionate about holding space for my clients to heal, grow and build conscious, authentic and purposeful lives.
